2. How can I reserve equipment?

   You can reserve equipment with a €499 deposit, which gives you priority and ensures it is not available to other customers.

3. What happens if, after testing the equipment, I decide not to buy it?

   If you decide not to complete the purchase within 15 days of booking, the €499 deposit will be fully refunded. After this period, the deposit will not be refunded.

4. How long does it take to prepare the equipment once I purchase it?

   Our technical team performs a full inspection that takes between 5 and 10 days, depending on workload.

5. Can you deliver the equipment to my premises?

   Yes, we can arrange transportation to the location you specify, or you can collect it from one of our branches.

6. What information do I need to submit to sell my equipment to ITT Used?

   Make, model, year, condition, and photos. The more information you provide, the more accurate the appraisal will be.

   Our experts perform a technical and commercial evaluation, taking into account the equipment's condition, the current market, and demand.

8. How will I receive payment?

   Payment can be made via immediate bank transfer or securely at our facilities.

9. Do you offer financing for the purchase of machinery?

10. Can all equipment be financed?

    No. Equipment older than 10 years is not eligible for financing.
