1. Which brands does ITT Used work with?

   We are importers and distributors of leading manufacturers such as Scania, Isuzu, Manitou, Bobcat, New Holland, Case IH, Case CE, Ausa, Corvus, Hamm, Putzmeister, Atlas Copco, Schmitz Cargobull, among others.

2. How can I reserve equipment?

   You can reserve equipment with a 485€ deposit, which gives you priority and ensures it is not available to other customers. 

3. What happens if, after testing the equipment, I decide not to buy it?

   If you decide not to proceed with the purchase within the 10-day reservation period, the €485 deposit will be fully refunded, provided the cancellation is made within this timeframe. Once the reservation period has expired, the deposit will no longer be refundable.

4. How long does it take to prepare the equipment once I purchase it?

   Our technical team performs a full inspection that takes between 5 and 10 days, depending on workload.

5. Can you deliver the equipment to my premises?

   Yes, we can arrange transportation to the location you specify, or you can collect it from one of our branches. Please note that transportation costs will be at your expense.

6. What information do I need to submit to sell my equipment to ITT Used?

   Make, model, year, condition, and photos. The more information you provide, the more accurate the appraisal will be.

7. How is my equipment assessed?

   Our experts perform a technical and commercial evaluation, taking into account the equipment's condition, the current market, and demand.

8. How will I receive payment?

   Payment can be made via immediate bank transfer or securely at our facilities.

9. Do you offer financing for the purchase of machinery?

   Yes, we offer flexible and personalized financing options tailored to each client's needs.

10. Can all equipment be financed?

    No. Equipment older than 10 years is not eligible for financing.

11. Does ITT Used offer after-sales service?

    Yes, we have an extensive network of workshops and spare parts stores in Spain and France, ensuring continuous assistance.

12. What warranties does the equipment I buy from ITT Used include?

    Each piece of equipment is inspected by our technical team before delivery, ensuring it meets ITT Used's quality standards.
