2. How can I reserve a equipment?

   You can lock a device with a €499 deposit, which gives you priority and ensures it's not available to other customers.

3. What happens if after testing the equipment I decide not to buy it?

   If you decide not to complete the purchase within 15 days of booking, the €499 deposit will be fully refunded. After this period, the deposit will not be refunded.

4. How long does it take to prepare the equipment once I purchase it?

   Our technical team performs a full review that can take between 5 and 10 days depending on the workload.

5. Can you deliver the equipment to my premises?

   Yes, we'll coordinate transportation to the location you specify, or you can pick it up at one of our branches.

6. What information do I need to submit to sell my equipment to ITTUsed?

   Make, model, year, condition, and photos. The more information you provide, the more accurate the appraisal will be.

7. How is my equipment assessed?

   Our experts perform a technical and commercial assessment, taking into account the equipment's condition, the current market, and demand.

8. How will I receive payment?

   Payment can be made by immediate bank transfer or securely at our facilities.

9. Do you offer financing for the purchase of machinery?

10. Can all equipment be financed?

    No. Equipment older than 10 years is not eligible for financing.
